A high-performance workforce is a critical asset for any organization. Workforce transformation can be triggered in a training event, but it is regular interventions, backed by a solid development and action plan, that can create a lasting transformation that sustains.

Adult learning is most effective when presented in a relevant context so that the skills, strategy, and knowledge are meaningful to participants and can be applied directly in the training. Therefore, my design philosophy is to customize my core programs using my vast experience. I usually tend to incorporate participants’ real-world challenges and processes into developing cases/exercises.

I am passionate to deliver and share my knowledge to help People, Organizations, Communities, Societies thrive and succeed. I have come to realize that Training & Developing people is both my strength and my joy. My offerings are unique and thus I do not come into the normal category of a Soft Skill Trainer. My uniqueness comes from the fact that as a Psychometric Analyst, I first assess potential in people/teams and then offer a coaching and development plan. Thus, I offer a need-based solution rather than a generic one. I use the BAT (Behavior, Attitude & Thinking) route to find individual potential

My training philosophy is based on the fact that participants carry with them previous learning experiences and are not fresh starters. Everyone already has some form of soft skills; some simply just don’t realize it. A closer look inside, will reveal how they communicate and relate to others, what levels of confidence they carry in dealing with people and issues. All these skills are soft and all of them are transferable to the workplace.

I use a “participative” training methodology encouraging “learning by doing” to support behavior change through highly interactive intervention. I believe transformation can be triggered in a training event, but it is regular interventions backed by a solid development plan that can create a lasting transformation that sustains.

Using cases and exercises, I make sure that participants apply the skills and strategies learned and receive intensive coaching and feedback. I use role plays, games, drills, group discussions and other application techniques. I encourage and engage individuals to speak and express themselves thus allowing peer-to-peer learning.
